Larger than life: 2013's most controversial celebrities

Rapper Bulldog receives his welcome package at Primus Guma Guma Super Star

The rapper will be remembered for publicly lashing out at organizers of Primus Guma Guma Super Star, after declaring they were predictable. The writings were right there on the wall when mid-way through the first elimination round he declared Bralirwa, the main sponsors of the reality TV show were milking the artists.

He said, “They exploit us because we are doing publicities for them around the country. To an untrained eye, you can think it’s us who are gaining but in reality they are reaping billions and billions of Rwandan francs.”

Knowless

Best of buddies? Clement and Knowless during a match involving Rayon Sports

No surprise that the diva makes it into our list. Countless times Knowless has had controversial incidents in 2013, but the biggest that continue to dominate headlines up to this day is the unwavering rumor of her engagement to producer Clement Ishimwe.

Perhaps the biggest shock came when Urban Boyz decided to part ways with long time manager Alex Muyoboke. The trio went on to miss out on the coveted prize of Primus Guma Guma Super Star, something many attribute to the sacking of their manager and Muyoboke was not hesitant to declare his support for eventual winner Riderman.
