Ciney flaunts her award at Ndule Awards ceremony
Female singer Ciney has disclosed how stunned she was after she was presented with a Ndule award in a ceremony that is held annually in Democratic Republic of Congo.
Ciney had been invited to attend the event but only as a guest, and little did she know she would walk home with an award whatsoever.
Speaking to a showbiz magazine called Sunday Night on a local FM station; the star revealed that she was astounded by the accolade. She said: “To say the truth I did not expect to be among the recipients of the award because I don’t recall any of my songs that preach peace.”
