Jay Polly and Riderman have again renewed their long rivalry as the battle for supremacy consequently heats up. The two hip hop heavyweights seem to be at loggerheads yet again after Riderman declared himself the most experienced musician in hip hop music.
Apparently his words did not please Jay Polly who responded immediately that no one, apart from himself, would ever utter such comments.
The latest developments will come as a subtle distraction to the now settled feud between Senderi International Hit and Mico The Best, the two also being involved in a heated argument on who is better off in Afro Beat.
But such disputes have long existed anyway and no one is willing to be humble enough to concede.
Riderman has amassed an unequalled success in hip hop, winning numerous accolades and awards, while Jay Polly’s reputation has only been blighted by ugly scenes of quarrels with both the media and his fellow artists.
To set the records straight, Riderman became the first hip hop musician to win Primus Guma Guma Super Star, the country’s biggest singing competition for established stars.
