Afro beat singer, Erick Senderi assured his rivals and claimed he is the King of Afro Beat music, a reason that kept him among the 10 contestants of the Primus GumaGuma competition.

The 40 year old singer told that he is better than artists like Kamichi, Austin Luwano and Mico the best who did not make it to Primus Guma Guma.

“This is a music competition for super stars, my Afro beat colleagues should now believe I am the true King,” said Senderi.

Senderi credited his time and experience in Afro Beat for enhancing his skills musically.

Recently, Afro beat artists fought a word battle, claiming they were on top of the game and would make it to Guma Guma only for Senderi to prove them wrong.

Senderi was the only Afro beat artist nominated among 10 musicians for the GumaGuma Season 4 music competition.

The list includes: Senderi, Jay Polly, Bruce Melodie, Teta, Young Grace, Sentore, Active, Dream Boys, Amagi the Black, Christopher.

Senderi boasts of songs like Nsomyaho, Kachi, Jaruza and Icyomoro.
