Amity at Rwanda Premier Models Search
He’s known as Amity on stage but majority of the people refer to him as Kirogoya, after his famous song that goes by the same name. He made his debut in 2012 and has squeezed himself through the tough market in the local music industry. Amity has so far recorded seven songs with three videos already out.
Speaking to tukabyine.com, he said that he remained optimistic that he will one day rise to the top and be an RnB giant. He said, “I know it’s not easy but everything in life is got through hard work and toil. I will make it I know.”
The third year student at Kigali Independent University (ULK) mainly concentrates in RnB songs, the majority of which are his own compositions. Umuhigi and Umwanzuro are the other hits which he released last year and he expects them to push him to greater heights.
He recently performed at the Rwanda Premier Models Search, a competition that sought to search for the best model in the country, which attracted a multitude of people around the country. Other shows which he appeared include Celebrity Party, Inyarwanda Fans Hangout III and Facebook Party at Relax Bar and Restaurant.
