Sonia Roland is among the many guests who will be present at the closure of Kigali fashion week on Friday evening as the three-day event closes the curtains at 6pm. The beauty, who is in the country for a tour of her projects will have a chance to mingle with journalists and the masses alike.
Sonia has been in the country since late last month and her projects include helping children orphaned by the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. Kigali Fashion week which was organized by Kigali House of Fashion brings together designers from all over the world and the climax will be an exhibition of talent from the different participants and a catwalk by models.
Sonia, who was crowned Miss France in 2000 knows what it takes to become a model and her presence at the event will add more weight and definition for the future upcoming similar ones.
