MC Tino of TBB is sourcing for votes in the salax awards
Upcoming Afrobeat crew TBB composed of Tino, Bob& Benjamin have been going around begging local music fans to help them win the best award for the best group of the year.
This comes after TBB crew was nominated in the category of best group where it is competing with other strong groups like Urban Boyz, B-Gun, TNP and Just family.
“As a new group in the category, we are on our knees praying to the lord to save us and win the competition because it will be a big spark for TBB music career,” says renowned MC and singer Tino.
He added that TBB worked hard last year despite being new in the game and we ask our fans to back us and vote for us.
TBB crew tasted the lime light early last year when their hit Unshyira high rocked local airwaves and ever since the group has released song after song with videos.
MC Tino one of the TBB crew has been in the showbiz industry for more than five years as well as media sector and is using the opportunity to influence the public to vote for TBB.
This is the first time for TBB group to appear in popular music awards dubbed Salax awards competition which acts like a stepping stone for upcoming musicians.
Although Salax awards 2012 was criticized by different musicians and local tabloids, new artists have remained eager to earn the awards no matter what.
The voting for Salax awards has already started where by one sends an sms with words ‘Salax_category name’ to 7333.
