Local RnB singer Khizz Kizito reveals that he did not undermine Active group as singers but admits that the group still needs musical lessons.
This comes following the recent story about Active group being more of dancers than singers in media which did not go well with Active crew members.
“I did not despise Active group as singers but they can do better as singers, if given more singing lessons and support, that’s what I meant,” said singer Khizz Kizito in the effort to clear the air between him and the singing crew.
Khizz added that “People should not think that I am jealousy of Active group. I rather want the best.”
Active group is a new Afro beat crew made up of three former backup dancers Tizzo, Dereke and Olivis.
Active group raised fan’s eye brows in music industry when they were nominated for Rwanda’s finest music competition Primus Guma Guma in a short time in lime light as a singing group.
The crew tasted lime light mid 2013 when their song Undukoryo featuring rapper Danny Nanone topped music charts.
The trio also featured in Khizz’s video dubbed celebrations.
