Rapper Ciney quits Infinity records

Rapper Ciney

A few months after joining Infinity Records, rapper Aisha Uwimana, aka Ciney, canceled the contract with the company on grounds that the company failed to deliver on its promises.

Sources say Ciney decided to quit Infinity records over inability to improve her music career as well as promoting new projects.

She claims that she was supposed to release new videos and promote them in the last four months but nothing was done. Ciney is also one of the four people waiting for Big Brother Africa season nine producers to be chosen to represent Rwanda this year.

Ciney has collaborated with various local musicians including Jay Polly, D-Pinc, Knowless, Paccy and Lil-P among. The singer is known for songs like Game of Love, Tuma Bavuga, Nkunda and Dogoni.
